Just after the Spring Festival, the first day on duty, the company organized management team to attend learning activity. The learning was divided into three stages, the first stage was hosted by management department leaders. President Shen taught how to run business, how to make a century-old company, how to build and inherit company culture. Vice president Zhong taught how to build the cultivation of professional manager, and Vice president Shen taught workplace etiquette and business etiquette. The second stage was in the form of sharing the departmental work case, all sorts of drawbacks and bad style of work were exposed, the market oriented sector employees talked about the needs of customers, spoke out their own expectations, then the problems could be brought back to relevant departments, letting one unit guide a whole area, overall reflecting the ugly problems of the work of the department, developing a plan for continuous improvement. The third stage was that management team summed up the gain and loss of the work, did self-criticism, made suggestions for the company. The series of learning activities were completed at the end of February.
